Naresh Condominium is a project built by Naresh Lifestyle Samui in Chaweng, Koh Samui. The Indian-managed property is located nearby the Big C Supercenter shopping plaza, and near the future home of Central Festival shopping mall. The condominium units will be available for sale and for rent in 2013; it is the 3rd condo project on Samui designed by Naresh Lifestyle. Although the property attempts a modern, luxury atmosphere, the building itself is pushed up against another apartment building next door and is squeezed very tightly within the property boundaries on all sides, which has already caused poor relations to develop among neighboring property owners. Loud music can be heard almost every night in the neighborhood, as nearby restaurants cater to wedding parties until early morning hours. RaiYai does not recommend this condominium to buyers or renters on Koh Samui due to over-priced units, poor management, and distasteful surroundings.
