Soup Nua Rot Ded (ซุปเนื้อรสเด็ด)

The restaurant got no exactly name but the owner prefer us call her best dish as a name of restaurant. “Soup Nua Rot Ded” (ซุปเนื้อรสเด็ด) which is mean “Palatable Thai-Muslim Beef Soup” on the bright yellow sign in front of the this small restaurant that located near by the Chaweng Lake. This local restaurant also offer you other Muslim dish like chicken biryani or native Thai speakers call “Kao Mok Gai” (ข้าวหมกไก่), but the lady who run this restaurant not Muslim so, you can find other pork dish from her menu like we had try stir fried kale with crispy pork or in Thai is “Kana Moo Krob” (คะน้าหมูกรอบ).
