WHOIS says owner is from California, that would be Chad. So it’s not owned by a Thai person or Thai entity. Probably why he got his wife to buy the tvc.co.th domain and is now 301 redirecting the old domain to the new domain.

Still doesn’t matter, because they are still using the fake name “Thai Visa Centre” everywhere which is not a real company. And that’s the name they have been using for years to scam people.
