Some black hat and very illegal SEO technique where someone will send false legal complaints to Google, claiming the page defames them or contains pornographic photos of them in order to get the page at least temporarily hidden from search results. Chad does this on a daily basis to dozens of websites, using various peoples’ identities and paying Indian freelancers.
