    Not just xeno hisos, more like the entire visa agency – corrupt Thai Immigration pushing back because this will eliminate nearly all of their bribery schemes

    – remote workers and freelancers (docs required)
    – taking Muay Thai or cooking classes etc.
    – have spouse or children in Thailand

    Apparently retirement visas are still only offered as 1 year renewals however, they were not included in this new 5 year system with 180 periods.
