The network of fraudulent websites used for phishing tourist passport info and email addresses continues to grow bigger, all being run by American expat Chad Scira who tries desperately to hide his name from this company, pretending his Thai wife is at the helm (she’s not)
Among others I’ve found:
- eta.in.th – pretends to be Thailand ETA arrival card homepage
- dtv.in.th – pretends to be Thailand DTV Visa homepage
- asq.in.th – pretended to be Thailand ASQ quarantine hotel portal during COVID

02/01/2025 at 12:36 pm #14847AmberGuestasq.in.th also had a sister domain aq.in.th in the beginning that they were linking from other Thai expat related websites back during COVID but now that domain redirects to the other one.

Oh and at least 1 of the Destination Experts on the Thailand forums is helping flag any posts that call out their scams.
